It is Ordered that plaintiff-appellant's motion is granted to the extent of staying all proceedings below and consolidating the appeal in the within matter with the eight appeals filed by plaintiff under Civil Court, Bronx County Index Numbers, 37606/09, 37503/09, 37604/09, 78634/08, 70913/09, 70622/09, 61732/08 and 70907/09 on condition that plaintiff-appellant perfect this consolidated appeal by no later than the June 2011 term - the filing deadline is April 12, 2011. In the event of plaintiff-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, defendant-respondent may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
