On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 30, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered May 19, 2010, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Suffolk County," and substituting therefor the words "Dutchess County."
