DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered December 15, 2010, inter alia, to extend the time to vacate the marital premises as provided for in the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the appellant's time to vacate the marital premises is denied without prejudice to seeking this relief in the Supreme Court, Kings County; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
