| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents-appellants on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 25, 2010, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief containing their points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before April 27, 2011, the respondents-appellants shall serve and file a replacement brief responding to the appellant-respondent's brief and containing their points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant-respondent's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 27, 2011, and the appellant-respondent's reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
