On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its order on application dated March 23, 2011, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order is substituted therefor:
Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 30, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until April 20, 2011, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
