Motion by the appellant for leave to file an oversized reply brief of up to 22,000 words on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered April 14, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant may file an oversized reply brief of up to 12,000 words, and the motion is otherwise denied.
