DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated December 14, 2010, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered June 7, 2010, to consolidate the three above-listed appeals, and for alternative relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to vacate the order of this court dated December 14, 2010 is granted and appeal no. 2010-1517 N CR shall be perfected by June 3, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
By decisions and orders of this court dated February 14, 2011, defendant's applications pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for certificates granting leave to appeal to this court from orders dated July 15, 2010 and August 2, 2010 were denied.
