On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated March 24, 2011, in the above-entitled action, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated July 22, 2010, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "and the papers filed in opposition thereto."
