| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 14, 2010, in effect, for leave to renew her opposition to the appellant's motion for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 4, 2011, as amended March 11, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed without prejudice to making a motion upon proof of service upon Steven Feldman, Esq., assigned counsel for the appellant.
