| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on application dated March 21, 2011, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order is substituted therefor:
Application by Theresa Heyun Kim, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 18, 2008, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Theresa Heyun Khulpateea.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Theresa Heyun Kim to Theresa Hyen Khulpateea, effective immediately.
