| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants Ira Wicks and Rockland Tree Expert Co., Inc., to hold in abeyance appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered April 19, 2010, pending determination of a motion to renew by the Supreme Court, Rockland County, or to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted to the extent that the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until May 31, 2011, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
