Motion by the respondent to stay the appellant's resentencing, pending determination of the respondent's motion for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered November 30, 2009, which was determined by decision and order dated February 15, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's resentencing is stayed, pending determination of the respondent's motion for leave to reargue the appeal.
