DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated February 25, 2011, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:

Appeal by Reynold Bishunath from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 25, 2010. By order on certification dated April 9, 2010, the appellant was granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:

On the Court's own motion, it is
