| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 23, 2010, in effect, pursuant to CPLR 5520(a) to extend the time to file a notice of appeal, which was timely served.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellants' time to file the notice of appeal, which was timely served, is extended until April 15, 2011 (see CPLR 5520[a]), and the appellants shall file proof of filing of the notice of appeal with this Court on or before that date.
