Application by the respondent Team Massapequa, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file its brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 17, 2010. Separate application by the respondents Timothy M. Lanahan and Judith A. Lanahan pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application of the respondent Team Massapequa, Inc., is denied as academic as the brief of the respondent Team Massapequa, Inc., was timely served and filed on April 1, 2011; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application of the respondents Timothy M. Lanahan and Judith A. Lanahan is granted and the time of the respondents Timothy M. Lanahan and Judith A. Lanahan to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 6, 2011, and the brief of the respondents Timothy M. Lanahan and Judith A. Lanahan must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before May 23, 2011.
