| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, April 7, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged, and on or before April 19, 2011, the respondent shall file in the office of the Clerk of the Court one additional copy of the respondent's brief and an affidavit of service of two copies of the respondent's brief on the appellant's counsel; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 4, 2011, and the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
