On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated March 30, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered August 26, 2010, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in relation thereto."
