| DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by William Ryan from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (IDV Part), both dated April 15, 2010. By order dated December 13, 2010, issued pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.4(a)(2), the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was enlarged until January 27, 2011. The appellant failed to perfect the appeals.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the order dated December 13, 2010 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a]).
