| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the third-party defendant-respondent Richard Lazarus pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 22, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the third-party defendant-respondent Richard Lazarus to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 29, 2011, and the brief of the third-party defendant-respondent Richard Lazarus must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time of Carissima Bijoux, Inc., to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 11, 2011, and the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
