| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by court reporter Kenyetta Morrison, a nonparty in the above-entitled appeal, in effect, to recall and vacate so much of a decision, order and judgment on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2008, as, upon granting the appellant's motion to adjudge her in criminal contempt of court, ordered that she be taken into custody and imprisoned for a period of 30 days and fined the sum of $250.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and so much of the decision, order and judgment on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2008, as ordered that Kenyetta Morrison be taken into custody and imprisoned for a period of 30 days and fined the sum of $250 is recalled and vacated.
