Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John G. Koslosky, Esq., sworn to March 15, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Denise J. Morgan, Esq., dated March 17, 2011, the statement of Peter J. DiGiorgio, Jr., Esq., dated March 23, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks consolidation of the appeals is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order of Family Court entered August 31, 2010, is granted, and the attorney for the child shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeal, together with proof of service, on or before May 27, 2011, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
