Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Sonali R. Suvvaru, Esq., dated February 24, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Thomas A. Corletta, Esq., dated March 4, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the attorney for the child shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeal, together with proof of service, on or before June 30, 2011, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
