| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 2, 2007, and two orders of the same court dated October 30, 2007, and December 3, 2007, respectively, and for leave to transcribe only that portion of the trial relating to financial issues.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing her brief on the appeals is enlarged until July 5, 2011.
