Motion by the respondent-appellant to renew her opposition to the appellant-respondent's motion, inter alia, to stay enforcement of stated portions of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 8, 2010, pending hearing and determination of an appeal and cross appeal therefrom, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated January 21, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
