| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to remove Cravath, Swaine & Moore, LLP, and Thomas Hoffman as counsel for the respondent on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 27, 2008, and January 14, 2010, respectively, to strike certain exhibits filed by the respondent, and to strike stated portions of the respondent's brief on the ground that they contain "inappropriate" arguments and "inflated" statements of facts.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
