| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Lung-Fong Chen for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Lung-Fong Chen was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 14, 1979. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 4, 2001, Lung-Fong Chen was immediately suspended from the practice of law as a result of his being found guilty of a serious crime, pending further order of the Court, pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90(4)(f), and he was directed to immediately apprise the court of his sentencing.
