ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 7, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 19, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the word "appellants" and substituting therefor the words "respondent."
