| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 19, 2010, and a judgment of the same court entered July 8, 2010, for a reconstruction hearing, to enlarge the record to include a certain affidavit, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a reconstruction hearing is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is granted, and the record is enlarged to include the affidavit of Paul O. Warshawsky dated November 12, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until May 11, 2011, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
