On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated April 6, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 13, 2010, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Allen E. Kaye, P.C., Allen E. Kaye, and Harvey Shapiro" and substituting therefor the words "Allen E. Kaye, P.C., Allen E. Kaye, Harvey Shapiro, and Jack Gladstein."
