| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Anthony G. C. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated February 28, 2011, and, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directs completion of DNA tests and a trial on the issue of paternity, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
