DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Christ the King Regional High School and Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both dated May 3, 2010, so that they may file a single brief and supplemental record, and, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on the appeal docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-05917, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-00745.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on the appeal docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-05917, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-00745 is granted, and the movant's time to serve and file a brief on the appeal docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-05917, and to perfect the appeal docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2011-00745 is enlarged until May 27, 2011.
