Motion by Winifred Clark, a/k/a Winifred Q. Clark on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 23, 2010, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated August 4, 2010, for leave to withdraw her brief and file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the brief filed by the movant on January 18, 2011, is deemed withdrawn, and on or before May 12, 2011, the movant shall file a replacement brief.
