| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on application dated March 21, 2011, and decision and order on motion dated March 31, 2011, in the above-entitled case are recalled and vacated, and the following order is substituted therefor:
Application by Theresa Heyun Kim, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 18, 2008, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Theresa Heyun Khulpateea.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Theresa Heyun Kim to Theresa Heyun Khulpateea, effective immediately.
