Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 7, 2010, for leave to withdraw their reply brief and file a replacement reply brief that omits a portion of Point II of the original reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellants' reply brief filed March 8, 2011, is stricken, and on or before April 20, 2011, the appellants shall serve and file their replacement reply brief.
