| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 27, 2010, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the same court entered November 8, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal from the order entered November 8, 2010, is deemed also to be a notice of appeal from the judgment entered December 27, 2010 (see CPLR 5501[c]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
