On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated March 17, 2011, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 31, 2011, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the address "90-50 Parsons Blvd., #401, Jamaica, N.Y. 11432" and substituting therefor the address "153-01 Jamaica Avenue, Suite 201, Jamaica, NY 11432."
