Motion by the Legal Aid Society, counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered May 27, 2010, to be relieved and to have other counsel substituted.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and NOEL ZIEGLER, ESQ. located at P.O. BOX 336, WOODBURY, NEW YORK 11791 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Legal Aid Society shall provide new counsel with all papers.
