Motion by the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County, counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered October 18, 2010, to be relieved, and to have other counsel substituted.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and CHARLES HOLSTER III, ESQ.,

100 E. OLD COUNTRY ROAD, MINEOLA, NEW YORK 11501 is assigned pursuant to article 18-B of the County Law; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County shall provide new counsel with all papers.
