Motion by the petitioners, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the determination and order of the Commissioner of the New York State Department of Labor dated February 23, 2011, and notice to petitioners dated November 26, 2010, pending hearing and determination of a proceeding pursuant to Labor Law § 220.
