| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Janette M. on appeals, by permission, from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 22, 2010, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 3, 2011, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order, upon the perfection of the appeals on or before April 4, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the decision and order on motion dated February 3, 2011, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "April 4, 2011," and substituting therefor the date "May 16, 2011," and the motion is otherwise denied.
