| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 10, 2010, and two orders of the same court both dated November 1, 2010, to direct her former attorney to turn over her legal files, and for leave to file less than nine copies of her brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until June 14, 2011, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellant's former attorney to turn over her legal files is denied without prejudice to any relief that may be obtained in the Supreme Court, Suffolk County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
