Motion by assigned counsel to be relieved of the assignment to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered February 9, 2010, and for the assignment of new counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to the appellant seeking leave to file a pro se supplemental brief after assigned counsel files a brief on his behalf.
