| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Thomas N. Angell, the appellant's former assigned counsel, who was relieved of the assignment because of a conflict of interest, for poor person relief for the appellant and the assignment of counsel to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered January 25, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed without prejudice to the appellant making a pro se motion for the same relief.
