Appeal by Maxim Chifrine and Irina Chifrine from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 31, 2011. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Patricia A. Carrington, Esq., dated April 5, 2011, it is
ORDERED that the respondent Vilena Bekker is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal on her behalf:

(1) the respondent Vilena Bekker is interested in responding to the appeal, or
(2) the respondent Vilena Bekker is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent Vilena Bekker, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
