| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 16, 2011, as sentenced him to incarceration for contempt unless he purged his contempt by paying certain arrears totaling the sum of $256,670.41, and as directed him to pay counsel fees in the sum of $40,789.58, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
