Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to enjoin all construction or site work at the subject baseball stadium, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered April 4, 2011, for an award of costs and an attorney's fee, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
