Motion by Catherine S. Bridge, Esq., counsel assigned to prosecute appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, both dated August 25, 2010, to continue the appointment of Anthony DeGuerre, Esq., as guardian ad litem for the appellant on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and Anthony DeGuerre, Esq., P.O. Box 140038, Staten Island, New York 10314, continues as guardian ad litem for the appellant on the appeals.
