Appellant having moved to consolidate and to extend the time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders and a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on April 21, 2010, June 15, 2010, and November 4, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of John A. Cirando, Esq. sworn to March 21, 2011, and March 30, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Richard Glen Curtis, Esq. dated March 26, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted and the appeals taken from the orders and judgment entered April 21, 2010, June 15, 2010, and November 4, 2010, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 14, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 30, 2011, and inserting in its place the date June 30, 2011, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 14, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 10, 2011, and inserting in its place the date June 30, 2011.
