On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 13, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 4, 2004, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Queens County," and substituting therefor the words "Kings County."
