Appeal by Maxim Chifrine and Irina Chifrine from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 31, 2011. By order on certification of this Court dated March 17, 2011, as amended April 13, 2011, the following attorney was assigned as counsel for the respondent Eric Gershenson on the appeal, and was directed, inter alia, to contact the respondent Erich Gershenson and determine his interest in responding to the appeal:
